• Participation in the Reliance Federal Credit Union (“Reliance FCU” or “RFCU”) Rewards Program (“Program”) is open exclusively to current RFCU members.

• A valid RFCU membership card must be presented to redeem any offers.

2. Program Overview

3. Limitations

8. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles.

• Any disputes arising under or in connection with the Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pennsylvania.

9. Acceptance of Terms
