1. Eligibility
• Participation in the Reliance Federal Credit Union (“Reliance FCU” or “RFCU”) Rewards Program (“Program”) is open exclusively to current RFCU members.
• A valid RFCU membership card must be presented to redeem any offers.
• Membership eligibility is determined by RFCU in accordance with its bylaws and policies.
2. Program Overview
• The Program provides RFCU members with access to exclusive benefits, including discounts, deals, and promotional offers from participating local businesses.
• Offers are made available through RFCU’s website and/or promotional materials.
• All offers are subject to availability and may change or be discontinued at any time without prior notice.
3. Limitations
• Offers have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or other consideration.
• Offers are non-transferable and may only be redeemed by the member whose name appears on the RFCU membership card.
• Participating businesses may impose additional restrictions, blackout dates, or exclusions. Members are responsible for reviewing the terms of each individual offer.
4. RFCU Responsibilities
• RFCU facilitates the Program but does not guarantee the quality, availability, or suitability of goods or services provided by participating businesses.
• RFCU is not liable for any disputes, claims, or damages arising from transactions between members and participating businesses.
• RFCU reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time.
5. Member Responsibilities
• Members must present a valid RFCU membership card at the time of redemption.
• Members are responsible for any taxes, fees, or additional charges associated with redeemed offers.
• Misuse of the Program, including fraudulent use of membership cards or offers, may result in termination of Program participation and/or RFCU membership.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
• The Program and all offers are provided “as is” and “as available.”
• RFCU makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Program or participating businesses, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
7. Limitation of Liability
• RFCU shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to participation in the Program.
• RFCU’s total liability, if any, shall not exceed the value of the offer redeemed.
8. Governing Law
• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles.
• Any disputes arising under or in connection with the Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pennsylvania.
9. Acceptance of Terms
• By participating in the Program, members acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
• Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any modifications made by RFCU
